Grievances are an opportunity for staff to raise issues formally, hopefully only after they have tried to do so informally. However often by the time a Grievance is raised, professional relationships are strained. Ideally a Grievance should be heard by someone within the organisation. However if necessary we can provide an independent HR professional to hear the Grievance or Appeal and provide an objective viewpoint.
