HR Audit for Fashion House

We have worked with this client since 2010 and initially conducted an HR Audit for them. This involved reviewing their Contracts of Employment and updating these in line with Employment law. We then drafted a Staff Handbook for the clients containing over 15 key policies and procedures. We have since designed an Appraisal programme for them and advised on staff with poor performance, as well as how to manage maternity leavers and flexible working requests.
