History

Your HR Partner was established by Susie Kaye, Chartered Fellow of the CIPD in 2010. Having worked in-house in HR for companies such as Marks and Spencer Plc and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, she wanted to provide HR and Employment law support to a broader range of organisations from private sector companies through to charities.

We are a team of experienced HR and Employment law Consultants who all have CIPD qualifications and a background in HR roles in-house. We advise clients on a daily basis regarding HR issues in their organisations.

Examples of our work include:

• Drafting Employment Contracts for staff in Accountancy firms
• Restructuring the workforce within Retailers and advising on Redundancy Consultation
