HR Consultants have experience working in HR within a range of organisational settings, at HR Management level and above. All our HR Consultants have gained the professional qualification in HR with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). They also have a strong knowledge of and often qualifications in Employment law.
At Your HR Partner, our Consultants will listen to the issues facing a client and recommend a course of action bespoke to each client’s needs and culture. Whilst all Employers must follow Employment law, the culture, custom and practice of an organisation must also be taken into account when applying it fairly and consistently to staff.
