We give day-to-day HR and Employment law advice on a range of issues from persistent absence to poor performance. It may be that an employee with long service has started to make mistakes and cost the organisation money; or alternatively an employee within their probationary period needs to go.

We advise on maternity leave and flexible working, Contracts of Employment and Restructuring.

You may have a particularly difficult situation regarding an employee about which you need advice as a one off or alternatively you may have a need for more regular HR advice. We provide a retained HR and Employment law advice service for a fixed monthly fee based on the number of employees.
